Pastor Ryan and Rachel Webster, both born and raised in Kansas, have been the Lead Pastors of LAG for 20 years. The Webster’s are the proud parents of their 3 children, Ruthie, Samuel, and Elijah and have been married for 25 years. With the desire to lead by example, our Pastors love spending time as a family in the outdoors fishing and hunting, playing games, and watching movies! Their passion as pastors is to build teams and an authentic culture within the church so individuals, especially in rural Kansas, have access to the saving Grace of Jesus! If you like outdoor cooking, grilling or smoking, or have a desire to hear a good hunting story, just ask Pastor Ryan to share!

Pastor Jarred and Maddie have served in several roles throughout the years. Pastor Jarred has been in ministry since 2013 as a Youth Pastor. He transitioned to our Campus Pastor in 2023. In 2022 his wife Madison became the Youth Pastor. They both love doing ministry together. It brings them joy to love on our community and the next generation.

Ren and Kyle have been leading children's ministry since 2018, leading our Sunday and Wednesday night children's ministry. One of their favorite things to do is family game nights. They love getting to know the kids and their families in the community and influencing the next generation to follow Jesus!

Born and raised in St. John, KS, David knew at a young age God was calling him into a deeper level of ministry within the church. As a husband, father of 6 children, and professional landscaper, David has a unique ability to see the masterpiece God is weaving into people's lives. His main focus is our prayer ministry and serving in any area needed.

Shane and Leah have three boys and three girls.  They both lead our worship team and has developed a ministry, Explore the Call, a summer camp for 9-13 year old boys to learn more about the Word of God and develop important life skills. They both love the Lord and desire to show the love of Jesus to all.

Pastor Jerry and Jaylene are our newest addition to our Valley Community Church team.  They are our New Campus Pastors in Burdett Kansas. Pastor Jerry and Jaylene have been pastors for the last 12 years and in 2024 joined VCC as Campus Pastors in Burdett.  They were married in 2008 and have two children, Madelyn and Caleb.  Pastor Jerry enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.  Together they are eager to become part of the community and connect people to Jesus.
